Packing Slip Generation

SlipMate can generate packing slips customized with your branding and style. Packing Slips can be downloaded as a PDF and emailed to customers as a receipt and also printed to include in the package when shipped.

SlipMate can also generate Shipping Labels for any label printer tailored to your specific needs.

Order and SKU Management

Orders can be generated by your e-commerce application or done over the phone with your customers using a form. SlipMate offers an API allowing you to connect virtually any application to it’s back end systems easily and securely. Once orders are in the system, SlipMate kicks in and starts to process the orders.

Orders can also be halted using configurable rules to stop or automatically reroute orders. This is helpful if you have problematic SKUs to halt the fulfillment process and let you manage the order or make adjustments.

SlipMate also has the ability to store cost information showing you how profitable each order is and what the total cost of the order is based on the SKUs. You can store special information for your SKUs that can be used on the packing slips, receipts, emails and reports.

Shipment Tracking

SlipMate allows you to manage Tracking numbers via FedEX, UPS, USPS and DHL. Orders can be updated with their tracking information using single or multiple tracking numbers. You can use SlipMates built in administrative tools to update orders with their tracking numbers. You can also upload a CSV file with order numbers and tracking numbers to quickly add multiple tracking numbers from a spreadsheet.

Batch Processing

Orders can come in online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Unfortunately most suppliers can not process them the same. SlipMate can create order batches to collect and send pending orders at designated times to help schedule the processing of orders. An example would be to configure SlipMate to run it’s batch processing once every day at noon. This would take all the orders from the previous 24 hours, bundle them up, and email the orders to fulfillment. Batches are downloadable as PDFs or CSV files.
